  My order was wrong and of course, I got it to go so I didn't realize it until I was about 15 minutes away. I called and they answered the phone, then immediately hung it up. I called back two more times with no answer. I ordered a chicken cordon bleu and they didn't put the ham or cheese on it, so it ended up being just chicken and mayo. I didn't even ask for something special so you would think they could make it the right way. It's pathetic fast food workers want $15 an hour when they can't even get simple things right.

  My daughter and I visited here during the aftermath of the floods. Most business' were closed and we were just happy to find something open. We went in because the drive through line was pretty long. After ordering our meal, I realized I had left home without my credit card. I never carry cash, so after looking for it frantically in my purse and vehicle, I came back in to Arby's and told them to please cancel our order as I had left my credit card at home. The manager (African-American man) and the cashier told me to wait. I turned around and they handed me my daughter and I's order and told us not to worry about it, that they didn't want us to not have a hot meal. I thought it was so kind and though a small gesture, it resonated big with my daughter and I. As I drove back home and saw all the destruction and flooded roads, and people's vehicles submerged in water on 290, I was really appreciative of the kindness they extended me. Thank you to the manager and the cashier.

  Waited in the drive-thru forever. It was bad enough that I actually went online and submitted a complaint. Food was hot, though.
