  Cookies are delicious, service absolutely sucks. I get talked to like i'm a bother and they throw a drink at me wth the lid not even closed and the drink spilling out. But mainly their rude attitude turns me off.

  Horrible service! I have ordered a total of 4 cookie cakes over the past year and a half from this location. The first one wasn't ready on time, the 2nd had "summer" misspelled plus tasted old, the 3rd was not ready on time plus poorly decorated, and today it was an hour late. If I place an order 6-24 hours in advance I expect it to be ready when they promised, be spelled correctly and have an adequate (not skimpy) amount of icing/decoration for the high prices they are charging. I will not return to this location.

  Horrible. Called to place an order over the phone and the girl was rude and didn't answer my questions. I asked what sizes they had because had previously ordered a cake that was not the super large ones, and the girl acted like they didn't sell those cakes. I explained that I had ordered it before and she then cut me off saying that they did have smaller cakes. So I gave her the message for the cake and she asked if she could put me on hold. She put me on hold and I don't think she did it right. I could hear her and another male laughing and making jokes. I was on hold for at least five minutes. I hung up to call back and I got a busy signal. It's thirty minutes later and there's still a busy signal. That is absolutely not acceptable. Will be making a complaint with the company.
